I’m Charlotte
— a qualified naturopath and remedial massage therapist based in Belgrave Heights — providing you with compassionate, evidence-based, holistic health care.
My passion lies in pregnancy, birth and postpartum care, including breastfeeding and paediatric naturopathy and general health care for parents and their families.
As a mum of three, as well as a naturopath and breastfeeding counsellor, I support you in feeling capable in your role as a parent with practical (emphasis on practical!) evidence-based advice.
I welcome you into my in-person or online space just as you are — and it’s a space where I promise to deeply listen to your concerns, your lifestyle and your body to provide you with individualised support.
On top of my Naturopathy degree, I’ve also completed a Graduate Certificate in Evidence-Based Complementary Medicines and a Bachelor of Medicines Management with Professional Honours in Complementary Medicines.
